The majority of property listings Metropolitan Restaurant Brokers represent are confidential sales. Because most of the listings we have (whether it is a business for sale or a space for lease) are businesses still operating and the continued proper functioning of that business is critical in spite of being in transition, confidentiality is extremely important. To protect that confidentiality and any of the information about that property is of paramount importance to us, our listing clients, and the relationships we have in our industry. For this reason, we ask that all prospective buyers sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for each property they are interested in, to protect the confidentiality of our seller's principals and their properties.
